The Meisch Temple Massager is simple and easy to use. It is also lends itself to be used in
many creative ways... feel free to experiment and find what works best for you. To get started, here
are some basic instructions on how to use the Meisch Temple Massager:
First, add two to four drops of your favorite aromatherapy essential oil to the aroma pad. Using an aromatherapy oil is
optional, but we think once you try the Meisch Temple Massage with an aromatherapy oil, you'll be hooked
on always using an aromatherapy oil. You will find it... well... essential... but optional.
Second, there are two sets of reversible, detachable massage tips for the Meisch Temple Massager.
Select the massage tip that works best for you. When you first start using the Meisch Temple
Massager try all the variations. This is the best way to find the massage tips that work best for you.
As a general rule, the "cone" shapes with the more pointed tips are generally preferred when you
want to apply more centered/direct pressure on the temple (or parts of your temple).
Note: When using the extra large massage tips, make sure to pull your hair back and out of the way.
Third, The Meisch Temple Massager is designed so that the "softest" massage is
when you use the wide massage tip.The most "firm" temple massage is when you use the cone tip.
When you first get started, experiment to find what pressure works best for you.

More about this
Now the fun part... using both hands, spread the massager wide enough to place the massage
tips on either side of your forehead. Then, gently push the massager forward to your temples. DO NOT
attempt to slide the heads past your eyes to your temples, this can hurt your eyes!!!
A poke in the eye may be amusing for the slapstick comedy, but we'd prefer you do not hurt yourself to
amuse others. Be cool. Look cool. Use BOTH HANDS and spread the temple massager and place it
on your forehead... then slide it gently back to your temples. REMOVE THE TEMPLE MASSAGER THE
SAME WAY... USE BOTH HANDS AND SPREAD THE MASSAGER APART TO REMOVE.
Once you have properly (and looking cool) placed the Meisch temple massager on your temples,
begin massaging your temples with a slow, circular motion. You will find the spots and motions that please you.
Try slowly moving the massager from your temples to your jaw line
and back again.
Yes, we are slowly relaxing and stress in melting away... we are having fun now.
If you keep your Meisch Temple Massager at work in a drawer, you might want to think about keeping it in
the case... unless you want folks hanging around your desk like bees at a flower saying, "What IS that
wonder fragrance... ".
Experiment with the various massage tips. It is the ability to change the Meisch Temple Massager
settings to suit your massage needs that makes this product so great.
The Meisch Temple Massager is NOT A TOY... do not leave it anywhere small children might play with it.
Like all devices children may destroy or hurt themselves with, keep the Meisch Temple Massager out of the reach of
small children who may try to swallow the detachable massage tips and choke. The possibilities are endless.
